Can I buy just one item?
Yes. Retail shopping has no membership requirement or minimum quantity. Quote-only products require a confirmed quote.
How do I get wholesale pricing?
Sign in and submit a wholesale application. July manually reviews your store information. Approved accounts use the published wholesale prices automatically.
What is the minimum wholesale order?
The default MOQ is 24 units per product with a published wholesale price. Order in multiples of the listed MOQ. Quote-only and unpriced wholesale items require confirmation.
Where do you ship from?
Our California warehouse. Orders ship within two business days. Free warehouse pickup is available by arrangement.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders of $100 or more receive free shipping. Shipping for smaller orders is quoted individually until a flat rate is confirmed. Warehouse pickup is free.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. Contact us promptly about items damaged on arrival or an incorrect shipment so we can review a replacement.
How are payments handled?
Stripe Checkout handles card payments when payment service configuration is complete. Never send card information by email.
What does Compare at mean?
It is the catalog market reference price, not a previous ABC selling price. Where the catalog lists a range, we use the lower value to calculate savings.
